D9D9 Responsible Play: Limits, Breaks and Where PAGCOR Points You
Responsible play D9D9 style starts before the first deposit: you are 21 or older, you know what you can afford to lose, and you have decided when the session ends. This page sets out what that means on this site, the tools you control yourself, and the resources PAGCOR publishes on its own website. For the practical pages on stepping back, see the stop gambling pages.
What responsible play means here
This site is a player information site about the D9D9 brand. It is not the operator, and it treats gambling as paid entertainment, never as income. The D9D9 lobby’s footer says the product is for users aged 21 or older, and this site says 21+ everywhere.
Responsible play comes down to five habits:
- Be 21 or older.
- Set a peso budget before you open any game.
- Set a time limit for the session.
- Take breaks between sessions.
- Never borrow money to play and never chase a loss.
The tools you control yourself
You do not need anyone’s permission to set limits. Start with arithmetic: a budget of ₱500 at ₱5 a shot or spin is 100 shots or spins, and when the 100 are gone the session is over. Fast games such as the ones on the arcade casino page spend a balance faster than slots do, so a short session timer matters there.
| Tool | How you use it |
|---|---|
| Session budget | Decide the total in pesos before play and stop when it is spent |
| Time limit | Set a timer or alarm on your phone for the session length |
| Phone screen-time settings | Use your phone’s own screen-time or digital wellbeing feature to cap browser time |
| Breaks | Close the lobby for a full day after any session that ran past its limit |
| Lobby Profile and Live Support | Open Profile in the lobby, then ask Live Support on the navigator what account-level limits can be set |
Ask Live Support on the D9D9 navigator which limits your account can set, and read the answer before you rely on it.
What PAGCOR publishes
PAGCOR is the Philippine gaming regulator, and its responsible-gaming page at pagcor.ph lists its reminders and resources. This page cites that page as read on 2 October 2026. It carries four reminders:
- Gambling is not a source of income.
- Set time limits for each gambling session.
- Never borrow money or use all of your resources for gambling.
- Do not chase your losses.
The same page lists persons prohibited from gambling, including persons under 21 years of age, and it describes warning signs of problem gambling. Those signs include spending or betting more than you meant to, gambling for longer than planned and trying again and again to win back what you lost. If you recognise yourself in them, stop for the day and use the resources below.
Self-exclusion and help centres
PAGCOR’s page names the PAGCOR Online Self-Exclusion Application Portal at osea.pagcor.ph. It also describes family exclusion, where a spouse, child or parent can apply to have a person excluded, with the application form and email details on PAGCOR’s page. Open pagcor.ph and read those instructions in full before you apply.
The page also lists PAGCOR-accredited help centres. Two of the entries, as published on 2 October 2026:
| Help centre | Contact as PAGCOR’s page prints it |
|---|---|
| National Problem Gambling (NPGH) | Landline (02) 8248 9568, website npgh.ph |
| Gamblers Anonymous Philippines | Mobile 0915 938 2808, website gaphilippines.com |
PAGCOR’s page lists further centres and publishes its Responsible Gaming Code of Practice. Numbers can change, so confirm a number on pagcor.ph before you call.
When to use these resources
Use them earlier than feels necessary. Any one of these is a reason to pause and read PAGCOR’s page:
- You play past the time you set, more than once.
- You deposit again to recover a loss.
- You hide your play from family.
- You miss a bill after a session.
A pause costs nothing, and the about page explains how this site is run and what it does and does not cover.
